Well it’s not like watching stand-up if that’s what you mean. But yes. To be honest, the two phrases we hear most often as people leave us are, ‘that was fantastic’ and ‘I need a large Gin and Tonic now.’ It’s supposed to be demanding. It’s supposed to make candidates think hard about how they communicate and how they can be better and sometimes that’s quite a complex and challenging process – we know that. Do people always come out better and more confident performers than they came in? Yes. Always. If they don’t we’ll do it all over again for free.
