Can I make it cheaper if I put more people in the session?

Again, yes and no. The perfect number of students in a session is one, then we can do everything we need to do in a half day. The absolute maximum we’ll train is four if a/. they can spend all day with us, b/. they all know each other and don’t mind waiting around and c/. they’re all roughly of the same level. This is because it can take up to an hour to interview somebody and then play the tape back and analyse it effectively and then have another go to improve on the first performance. In the very worst case that could mean someone is kept waiting for three hours before it’s their turn. There are very few senior executives who are that patient. We think a short quick hit is always more cost-effective for our clients.
