Hmmn. Where is that piece of string? There are so many variables; rates are a bit of a quagmire to be honest. Be prepared for anything from £600 to £6,000 per session. Some individual consultants charge even more. The costs are largely dependent on the type of training, the number of sessions, the quality and location of the studio, the quality and experience of the trainers, the amount of preparation required and the sector you’re in. For what it’s worth, we slash our costs to the bone for charities, if they can be flexible about dates – doing our CSR bit makes us happy too.
