is best placed to handle media interviews and to have
equipped them to cope when the heat is on.
Working with your communications team, we will build
a realistic crisis scenario for your company, geared
towards the specific issues you’re likely to face.
We will produce true to life television reports and
newspaper headlines and require your senior people to
respond as a breaking news story unfolds. At each stage
in our crisis communications training they will have
to face a different interview format and prepare new
core messages. We teach them how to work out what they
need to say and coach them to deliver those messages
in a clear and compelling way.
At the end of the crisis training we will identify
your best spokesperson and offer detailed feedback on
their strengths and weaknesses. We want your organisation
to be in control of the news agenda, not the other way
